Resistance bands enable a full body workout at a lower cost than gym machines, dumbbells, and kettlebells. Resistance bands also offer more workout opportunities at indoor and outdoor locations, and also while traveling. Several of my clients use resistance bands to complete the following exercises:

  • Rowing and Pressing Exercises

  • Hamstring and Glute Exercises

  • Core Stability Exercises

  • Rotational Movements

  • Power Exercises

I use FitCord resistance bands for all of my client training sessions. I appreciate the high quality and durability of my FitCord bands. Also, FitCord ‘s products are made in the USA, and my clients love using them!

Follow the steps below to purchase the appropriate FitCord bands for your workouts. The bands plus accessories will range in cost between $150 and $170.

FitCord X-Over Bands – For Upper Body Exercises

I recommend buying the 3 pack (25, 40, & 55lbs).  You will use these bands for pressing and rowing exercises.  The bands can be anchored to a variety of locations. X-Over Bands

Body Sculpting Bands – For Lower Body Exercises

I recommend purchasing either the medium (18lb), heavy (25lb) or the very heavy (40lb) sculpting band.  You’ll use this band for hamstring curls and other lower body exercises.  You’ll need to also purchase the ankle cuff. Body Sculpting Bands

Foot Strap for Lower Body Exercises

I use the BC Strength foot strap to perform leg curls and kickbacks (bent-leg and straight-leg). It fits comfortably and securely around your heel. BC Strength Foot Strap
